Order Placement

• We accept orders only from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Pondichery, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh
• Minimum order value for TamilNadu is INR 3000/- + Delivery charges + GST and for other states, the minimum order value will be INR 5000/- + Delivery charges + GST.
• Vetri Crackers do not ship crackers to the cities where crackers are banned
• You can use the website to check desired products in cart and drop your enquiry.
• Once we receive the enquiry, our customer care executive will call you to confirm and provide you with the delivery details within 24 hours.

Payment Policies

• Products will be dispatched only after the entire payment is made.

• After checkout, you will receive the order digital copy and payment details in your mail.

Cancellation & Refund

• 15% cancellation charges will be collected if confirmed order is cancelled after processing. (i.e., only 85% of the paid money will be refunded).
• A customer has to bear the delivery charges in case of cancellation
