• All the materials are packed in quality waterproof cartons with special care.
• After your order has been confirmed on completion of payment, we will dispatch your products to the parcel services within 24-72 hours.
• We will constantly monitor each order to ensure it reaches you quickly.
• Minimum order value for TamilNadu is INR 3000/- + Delivery charges + GST and for other states the minimum order value will be INR 5000/- + Delivery charges + GST.
• After the order has been successfully placed, products will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days.
• Delivery may take a few additional days if there are public holidays or bandhs in between.

Cancellation & Refund:

• 15% cancellation charges will be collected if confirmed order is cancelled after processing. (i.e., only 85% of the paid money will be refunded).
